Shipments and returns

We try our best to ship our orders within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped depending on the order value.  We use Royal Mail for orders upto £35 orders in excess of this are shipped on our next day courier service.  You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to leave us.

Personalised orders we ask you allow upto 10 days off peak and upto 28 days during Peak Golf and Christmas season.  However, we will let you know approximately when we confirm your order.

We do offer a priority service for £5.00 and stock dependent we will process your personalised order in 48 hours.  Please add this service to your cart which is set up as a product.

Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. (if you are a overseas trade customers please note we do not pay the import/taxes which are collected by your onward delivery company.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.  In the event of non delivery please contact Royal Mail for a cliam form or if your order has been sent via our courier please contact us and we will resolve.

We want to make sure that your product is received safe and sound and will package accordingly.

Returns

We offer a no quibble return policy on our non personalised products.  This is providing that the item is returned in unopened and unused condition within 14 days of receipt. We do not pay the return postage but will refund the initial postage. This excludes Earrings.

If your item is faulty we will replace with new item however this is up to 31 days of receipt after this we offer a free repair service up to 6 months only if the item is in repairable condition for stone loss due to the nature of our products this may happen over time and use.  Having said this due to our keen eye, great suppliers we have yet to impliment this!
